SIGNATURE MASSAGE

Experience a deeply healing therapeutic bodywork session - this massage is tailored precisely
and customized with a blend of modalities based on your personalized needs. This service
includes hot towel compresses and aromatherapy inhalations.
*The 30 minute session covers back, neck and shoulders rather than being a full body massage.

CBD MASSAGE

The goal of this service is to reduce inflammation, alleviate chronic pain, and stimulate the release of endorphins. Utilizing myofascial release and trigger point therapy, accompanied by long warming massage strokes, the hemp-derived CBD oil – a combination of cannabidiol product, menthol, camphor and arnica – is applied and kneaded into the skin.

RELAXATION MASSAGE

The slow, soothing rhythmic strokes will relax your muscles, and gentle stretching will leave you
calm, restored and ready to face the world again. This massage is a perfect choice for a first
massage.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

This massage focuses on specific areas of concern and the deeper layers of muscle tissue, which allows your therapist to get to the root of your muscle aches and pains. It aims to relieve
chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and very deep pressure on
concentrated areas specific to your needs while an organic arnica oil reduces inflammation and promotes healing of pain, sprains, and bruises.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Prenatal Massage can often relieve aches, pains, swelling and stress associated with pregnancy. For expecting mothers in their second and third trimesters, this massage uses a nurturing touch to soothe and calm the body and mind. It is performed in a side-lying position
with pillows for comfort.

(YOU MUST BE PAST YOUR FIRST TRIMESTER TO HAVE A MASSAGE AT RINSE)

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the
functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system - comprised of the
membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners
release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has been shown to improve the
functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as
digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more. CST has also been shown to help
with the physical components related to such somatic conditions as Post Traumatic Stress,
depression and anxiety.
